Our Factories
Our company has a 10,000-level dust-free silk screen printing workshop, stamping workshop, automated assembly workshop, sample making room, professional testing laboratory, constant temperature and humidity warehouse, and the entire factory has a clean production environments.
Workshops
The screen printing area is a 10000-level dust-free clean workshop equipped with a fully automatic screen printing machine. Automatic equipment such as fully automatic coil/sheet laminating machines, fully automatic punching machines, and fully automatic function detectors are simultaneously supporting fully automatic stamping and forming production lines to achieve integrated production of screen printing, stamping and assembly.
Sample Development and Laboratory
Independent sample trial production area, quickly complete new product proofing and process debugging, and efficiently cooperate with customers in new product development. Equipped with a full set of precision testing instruments, including high and low temperature tester, aging tester, life tester, shrapnel load measuring instrument, salt water corrosion resistance, adhesive adhesion, 2.5D measuring instrument, and color difference tester, it tests product reliability and appearance quality in all dimensions.
Warehousing Facilities
Dedicated warehouse with constant temperature and humidity, stably controls the storage environment of raw materials and finished products, and avoids the problem of substrate moisture and deformation.
